  1. Only BuildingPoint's existing customers, referred to as "eligible customers", who have been clients of a Trimble field solutions bundle or Tekla subscription for at least 8 months and have paid their dues in full to BuildingPoint Canada, can participate in the Referral Program and refer their peers.
  2. The ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER must refer one or multiple QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACTS by providing a valid phone number for each reference. Valid phone numbers include current personal, mobile, or office numbers that use a numerical sequence adhering to specific formats based on geographical regions. A valid phone number for the referral is mandatory and serves as the main point of contact for your referred lead. Failure to contact your referral by phone may result in the inability to provide the gift card.
  3. A QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACT is defined as any customer located in Canada, where we provide Trimble field solutions or Tekla subscriptions, who is not currently subscribed or under contract with BuildingPoint Canada, and who meets our customer purchase requirements. Only new companies and/or new contacts that do not previously exist in our database are accepted as valid contact referrals. By participating in this Program, you agree that BuildingPoint Canada will determine whether anyone you refer to us meets all requirements to be considered a QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACT.
  4. Each QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACT may only be credited from the first single referrer.
  5. The ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER will be able to enjoy:
    • A $250 Amazon gift card only if the QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACT(S) place an order totalling over $5000 for any field solutions bundles or Tekla subscriptions offered by BuildingPoint Canada by the following 6 months or this referral 
    • A $500 Amazon gift card if the QUALIFIED REFERRAL CONTACT(S) complete a minimum purchase of $15,000 for any BuildingPoint Canada solution by the following 6 months or this referral.

  7. Consent for communication with the referral contact will be obtained via a phone call, during which their email address will be requested. Providing this email as part of the consent is mandatory for participation in the discount.
  8. BuildingPoint Canada reserves the right to extend this promotion.
  9. If the qualified referral contact purchases a field solution bundle or a Tekla subscription over $5,000, they will receive a 5% discount. 
  10. The promotion does not apply to existing quotes created before February 2025.
  11. The 5% discount cannot be applied to quotes that have already been discounted.
